At Mowers Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Contact@mowersgarden.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply on returned items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
